This report (2014) focuses on the needs of the 1.4 million people who had been displaced by violence inside South Sudan and the more than 455,000 refugees who had fled South Sudan for neighboring countries towards the end of 2014. In early August 2014, the Stimson Center conducted seven focus groups with people living in two protection of civilians (POC) sites inside UN bases in Juba.
